I've been wearing bedrock sandals for about 17 years. I don't cover my toes anymore, no disrespect, that's just who I am.

I couldn't find a reason why I should have anything between my bedrock sandals and my Birk clogs, even though t I loved the design enough to buy them for my girlfriend a year ago. All my friends were them, and all my friends are super cool stylish brilliant basasses. So when my birks died, I decided to give them a go. And guess what? I fucking love, em. The lined suede version is comfortable with or without socks, on hot days or cold ones. Best part for me? I can finally bike to work in bedrocks and don't have to change into office shoes.

My green bedrocks have become my all time favorite shoes, so I naturally had to come back for a pair of the purple. These are my go-to shoe, and I’ll find any excuse to wear them. So comfortable, supportive and cute in a dorky outdoorsy kinda way. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and footwear can be tricky for me. These have been a miracle for my feet. One foot is around a size 9, one is a 6.5. I appreciate the ability to adjust the sizes! I get a 9.

My first time wearing them I put them on without socks and hike to the top of Multnomah Falls outside of Portland, Oregon. I wasn’t really thinking about the possibility of getting blisters, but I did not get one single blister, and they had great grip on the hike. The hike up that mountain was a bit over an hour and when I came down, I was honestly in shock how great my feet felt.. I have bad idiopathic neuropathy in my feet and I didn’t have any issues other than some slight burning in my feet which is typical, but when I got to the top of that mountain, I plunged my feet in the cold water and that felt really good. What seriously those are great shoes probably the best pair of shoes I’ve ever purchased!
